Bookings
A booking is confirmed only when both parties agree the event details, total fee and any payment arrangements in writing.
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for accurate venue information, safe access, suitable permissions and a safe working environment.
Changes and cancellation
Any changes or cancellation terms will be set out with the written quotation before a booking is confirmed.
